This abandoned car is actually at the back of a working garage – perhaps the mechanic never really fancied taking the job on and has left it to be retaken by mother earth.

A forgetyourname plant
OK, late photo today hence the harsh flash lighting (again). This is one of a few of these plants (all different colours) that have seeded in my garden and come back every year. If someone tells me it’s a weed, then at least it’s a pretty one! I did look it up once and found out what it was, but I’ve forgotten again.
Rapeseed vista
Although it can sometimes be an irritant, the sight of the yellow rapeseed against blue skies does make for impressive pictures. This is from my parent’s house back garden.
